How We Control the Quality of Home Energy Storage Systems

Learn about the production inspections and safety tests used to improve the reliability of residential lithium battery energy storage systems.

A home energy storage system is expected to operate for many years. Product reliability therefore depends not only on the battery cells, but also on system design, component selection, manufacturing consistency and quality control.

Our quality management process covers incoming materials, assembly, functional testing and final inspection.

Incoming Material Inspection

Key components are inspected before they enter production. Depending on the product configuration, these components may include:

  • Battery cells
  • Battery management system boards
  • Connectors and wiring
  • Structural components
  • Temperature sensors
  • Protective devices
  • Inverters and communication modules

Material inspection helps identify visible damage, specification differences or electrical abnormalities before assembly.

Battery Module Assembly

During module production, attention is given to cell consistency, connection reliability, insulation and structural stability.

Electrical connections must remain secure during transportation and long-term charge-discharge cycles. Insulation materials and protective structures are also checked according to the product design.

Battery Management System Testing

The battery management system is responsible for monitoring and protecting the battery. Testing may cover voltage measurement, current detection, temperature monitoring, communication and protection responses.

A properly configured BMS helps prevent operating conditions such as overcharging, over-discharging, excessive current and abnormal temperature.

System-Level Functional Testing

After assembly, the complete system is tested to confirm basic charging, discharging and communication performance.

Depending on the model, testing can also include inverter communication, display functions, emergency shutdown, system alarms and parallel operation.

Final Appearance and Packaging Inspection

Before shipment, the housing, connectors, labels, accessories and packaging are inspected. Suitable packaging helps protect the system against vibration and impact during international transportation.

Quality Designed for Global Markets

We maintain dedicated production, research and quality-control teams for residential energy storage products. Our systems can be configured for distributors, installers and energy solution companies serving Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia, Africa and other markets.
